Once your request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the same method of payment You used for the request within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

Conditions for Service Returns

For a service to be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

• The service was availed within the last 14 days.

The following Services cannot be refunded:

• Services performed according to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Services that, after initiation, are inseparably integrated with other services.

 We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service that does not meet the above refund conditions at our discretion.

Only regular-priced Services may be refunded. Unfortunately, services on promotional offers cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by applicable law.
