Saurabh Talwadia an IIT-IIM alumnus, CEO of Nuti Food Science Pvt. Ltd. in conversation with India Startup360. ‘Our aim is to make healthy and nutritious foods and beverages by using authentic Vedic recipes and blending them with healthy Indian spices and herbs along with farm-fresh vegetables’.
Until 2019, he was working on a senior leadership role with a multinational firm. This required a lot of travel and research and found it difficult to get healthy nutritious packaged food products en route.
They need to work on the end products, which are directly consumed by the end consumers. In late 2019 they decided to put all their hard-earned money to start a food processing unit which will use only farm-fresh fruits & vegetables and authentic traditional Indian spices and Branded it ‘Nuti’.
By mid-2020, they had already launched pickles, sauces, vinegar, chutneys and recently Vegetable & Fruit wash which is made up of all-natural and herbal ingredients. As all the products are vegetarian, affordable, healthy and finger-licking delicious, it’s getting popular in both urban and rural markets.
The manufacturing unit is strategically located in Greater Noida, so that the company can easily capture the Delhi-NCR market and is connected to the major highways, railways and airport; a company can easily provide hassle-free transport to all over India and worldwide.
